These are our terms and conditions for any orders placed with Knee Walker Direct. We intend for these to be fair to you as our customer. As a consumer these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
When you are purchasing from us you agree to be bound to our terms and conditions. Also our returns policy. They are the terms and conditions in which we at Knee Walkers Direct operate. No change to these terms and conditions shll be valid.
Once an order confirmation is received, this means your order has been received and will be processed. It doesn't indicate a contract exists between both parties. We will accept your order and a contract between seller and buyer will exist once an invoice is sent. This is to protect in the case of a pricing error or in the case we are unable to supply a certain product.
If there is a price change, we will contact you (the customer) first to let you know of the issue. We will make sure you are happy to proceed with your purchase.
If the item ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to see how you would like to proceed e.g alternative product or refund.
All orders will not be accepted until we have received full payment. If the payment was made via cheque it will be when the funds clear. If you are looking to collect please contact us to arrange. A collection service may not be available always.

Credit card details that are entered are transmitted over a secure (SSL) link. These are stored using a 128 bit encryption. We will not have access to full card details. This information will be controlled by our payment providers, either will any information be provided to our customers regardsing payments specifics.
